Cancellation Policy

48 Hour Cancellation Policy Since I am appointment only, it is very important that you keep your appointment or provide at least 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the 50% price for the appointment. If you no-show, you will be charged for full price of the appointment. If you habitually last-minute cancel/reschedule, you will no longer be able to book online. If you no-show more than once, you will no longer be able to book online. These policies are in place to protect my time so that we are able to provide the best service to all of our clients. Guests Due to limited space, please no kids, significant others, friends, or pets. Sick Policy If you are sick, have been sick, or have been around anyone who is sick or has been sick recently, please reschedule your appointment. Late Policy If you are more than 10 minutes late it may result in cancellation of your appointment and a late-cancel charge, or receiving a lesser service. If you are habitually late you will no longer be able to book online.
